By using Shop AI Check, you agree to these Terms of Service.
What we provide
Shop AI Check generates a one-time AI visibility report showing how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini respond to shopping questions related to your product category. Reports are delivered as a PDF via email and accessible via a unique link.
Who we are
Shop AI Check is operated by an independent sole trader registered in Portugal. For legal matters, contact support@shopaicheck.com.
Payment
- $1 one-time payment per report (this is the current testing price; the standard price is $19)
- Processed via Stripe
- No recurring charges, no subscriptions
Refund policy
See our Refund Policy for full details. Summary: full refund available for technical failures on our end; no refunds for dissatisfaction with report content.
Limitations and disclaimers
- Reports reflect AI responses at the time of generation. AI platforms change their responses over time.
- AI responses may contain factual inaccuracies. Inaccuracies about your store are signal about what shoppers are being told, not errors in our service.
- We do not guarantee improved AI visibility from implementing our recommendations.
- We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Perplexity AI, or Google.
Acceptable use
- You warrant that the store information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
- Do not use Shop AI Check to generate reports on stores you don't own or represent.
Intellectual property
- Your report is yours to use however you like.
- The Shop AI Check service, website, and report format are our property.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($1 at testing price; $19 at standard pricing).
Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted at shopaicheck.com/terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.
