Refund Policy

Shop AI Check offers refunds in specific cases listed below.

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• Your report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end
• You do not receive your report within 1 hour of payment (via email OR via your download link)
• Our system is unable to get responses from all three AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini) due to API outages

Refunds are NOT provided for:

• Reports showing low visibility scores — this is the product's purpose
• AI responses containing inaccuracies about your store — this reflects what shoppers are being told and is useful signal
• Dissatisfaction with the recommendations provided
• Change of mind after the report has been generated

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email within 7 days of purchase, or email support@shopaicheck.com. Include your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We process legitimate refunds quickly and directly.
